Our restaurant occupies a candlelit room at the rear of the hotel, overlooking a small private garden. The kitchen changes its menu with the seasons, favouring British produce sourced from small growers and fishmongers, prepared simply and served without ceremony. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all open to hotel guests and outside visitors alike.
Tables by the window are popular for a reason — book ahead through the concierge if you'd like one.

Just off the main lobby, our bar keeps long hours and a short, well-considered list of classic and house cocktails. It's a natural stop before dinner or a nightcap on the way back from the casino lounge — quiet enough for conversation, with a bartender who remembers how you like your drink.
